Interview: Paul Straun

I recently thought of doing weekly interviews with some young people who have been working real hard to achieve a their goals, click here for a reminder. So I put the word out to a few friends I know and I'm happy to say that today is the first of hopefully many interviews to come.

Just a quick intro:
I met Paul Straun working at Finishline and I have to admit, he's an extremely unique individual trying to make it in the tough world of music. At such a young age he has a work ethic that knows no bounds and really needs to be admired. He's a great guy, always smiling and enjoying life, and ALWAYS working his ass off. So I was extremely honored when he agreed to take the time out and answer a few questions for me.

Overcoming "Finding the Time"

At this point in anyone who is reading this knows me personally and probably knows I'm an architecture student. Now anyone who knows about being an architecture student knows that it's a major that is MAJORLY time consuming. For an architecture student to find free time is tough, so why do I feel like blogging about this?

New Layout

I've spent some time playing around with the layout of my blog. I think I've come up with a decent design that looks and works well.

Let me know what you think?

Building Capital

One of the hardest things for an entrepreneur is building capital. As a young college student the little bit of money I do have goes to bills, rent, and school expenses. So how can I build capital? I explored my options and I recently been taking the little free time I can find and learning how to trade on Forex. I opened up a dummy account 2 weeks ago and I've had some success with it; just a few hours ago I opened up a real account (still waiting for them to clear it so I can start trading). Because it's a risky venture I have to be extra careful. Stay tuned and find out how it goes.

This is something that I feel like can work for me. If you want to get extra revenue find your own way and don't be shy to tell me about it.
